Did we make a mistake?
If you received a broken or damaged item, or an item that was not what you ordered, we deeply apologize and would be happy to correct the problem. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. All shipping costs and additional expenses will be completely covered by us.
If the item was an incorrect item but is still in good condition then we ask you to send it back to us. Contact us within 30 days of the shipping date and we will send you a shipping label so you may send it back to us. Once we receive the item/s, we will send you the correct item/s you ordered. All shipping costs will be covered by us.
Do you want to exchange a purchase or gift?
In order to exchange an item you must first return it to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail info@bishopscoffeeandtea.com with the order number, product name, SKU, description of the problem and your contact information. . Products must be unused and in perfect condition. You must cover the cost of shipping.
Did you change your mind about your purchase?
If you simply want to return a purchase, please e-mail info@bishopscoffeeandtea.com with the order number, product name, SKU, reason for return, and your contact information. Products must be unused and in perfect condition, and please return the order paperwork as well. When we receive the item we will return the amount of the item/items back to the card you used to purchase the items. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. The original shipping charge is not included in the amount that will be returned to your card. We will accept returned items within 30 days of the original shipping date.
